Beta · Last updated 13 August 2026
Quotari is in beta. It researches accounts and drafts outreach to help you sell — it does not sell for you, and it can be wrong. Check anything before you send it. Your inputs stay yours, we don't train models on them, and we don't store your work. Don't use it to spam people or break the law.
Quotari is operated by Erik Fisher Official LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Elevate Sales Academy ("we", "us"). By using Quotari you agree to these terms. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them.
Quotari is pre-release software provided during a closed beta. That means: features may change or disappear, there is no uptime or availability guarantee, and we may end the beta or your access at any time. Don't build a business-critical process on it yet.
Quotari surfaces third-party company and contact data and generates written outreach using AI. Both can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Job titles change, org structures are inferred, and generated copy may contain claims you would not stand behind. You are responsible for verifying everything before you send it, say it, or act on it. We tell you when we can't verify something rather than inventing it, but that is not a substitute for your own judgment.
Anything you paste, upload, or type — call transcripts, notes, your calibration doc — remains yours. We process it only to produce your output, we do not use it to train models, and we do not retain it after your request completes. See our Privacy & Confidentiality page for the detail.
You agree not to use Quotari to: send bulk unsolicited messages in breach of anti-spam law (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR and equivalents); harvest or resell contact data; harass, deceive, or impersonate anyone; attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or scrape the service; or share your access with people outside your organisation.
You are responsible for how you contact the people Quotari surfaces, and for holding a lawful basis to do so in your jurisdiction.
Contact and company information is provided by third-party data providers under their own terms. We don't warrant its accuracy or your right to use it for any particular purpose, and their terms may restrict what you can do with it.
Beta access is currently free. Paid plans will be introduced later; we'll give you clear notice before charging you anything, and you'll be free to walk away.
The Quotari software, its interface, and the underlying sales methodology are ours and stay ours. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service — nothing more. The output generated for your accounts is yours to use commercially.
Quotari is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular sales result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost deals, lost data, or reputational harm arising from your use of Quotari. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months or one hundred US dollars.
You can stop using Quotari at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service. Sections 3, 8, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these terms as Quotari develops; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Questions: erik@elevatesalestraining.com.
